Payment

By bank swift transfer:

  • - 50% for booking confirmation
  • - 50% two weeks prior to arrival
Payment accepted by PAYPAL .

A 1000 € damage deposit is requested before entering. It will be returned within a maximum 2 weeks after departure.

Rental includes

  • - All taxes, water, electricity, heating.
  • - End of stay cleaning
  • - Linens
  • - Beds are ready upon arrival
  • - A welcome gift
  • - WIFI access
  • - Cleaning products
  • - A welcome grocery kit (oil, salt, sugar, tea, coffee…)
  • - Outside maintenance (once or twice /week depending on the season
  • - Regional tourism leaflets, hiking guides and maps

Any optional service or request has to be submitted when booking

We can probably answer positively to your specific requests, please feel free to ask in advance.

Horses are welcome (max.2) boxes available. Pets are not allowed.

For everybody’s comfort, the house is non-smoking.
